To structurally safeguard and further improve our quality, we are looking for a Quality Manager who thinks ahead, connects and sets the bar high.

Your role

As a QA Specialist Workwear you are responsible for structurally securing, monitoring and improving product and process quality within Tricorp. You ensure the shift from reactively solving errors to preventing them. This means you make a direct contribution to our products, our processes and our collaboration with suppliers.

You work closely with colleagues from Product Management, Design, Purchasing and Quality and are regularly present at production locations. So you have both feet in practice: strategically where necessary, hands-on‑on where it should be.

What are you going to do?

• Drawing up, managing and securing fabric and product specifications, together with the Product Manager
• Drawing up clear work instructions for internal teams and suppliers
• By developing and testing new products at production locations
• Drawing up and implementing Quality Control plans at suppliers
• Implementing and monitoring the first-time-right principle in the chain
• Proactive testing of raw materials, materials and end products
• Managing and coaching quality employees and production technical colleagues
• Initiating and supervising continuous improvement processes

Who are you?

You are someone who not only checks quality, but structurally improves it. Someone who connects people, processes and products.

In addition, you recognize yourself in the following:

• Proven knowledge of yarns, textile techniques, confection and finishing processes
• Knowledge of industrial washing processes
• Experience with change management and continuous improvement (e.g. Kaizen, RCA, Six Sigma – Green or Black Belt)
• Willing to travel to production locations
• You like to work together, but you also don't shy away from working in the department

• A completed HBO‑education, preferably in Textile Technology
