(hereinafter: “Tricorp”) informs you about the way in which we process personal data of website visitors, (potential) customers, dealers and suppliers. The controller for the processing of your personal data is Tricorp. We will always process your personal data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation and the Telecommunications Act.  

We will not process your personal data for purposes other than those stated below. In addition, your personal data will not be kept for longer than is necessary for these purposes, unless we are legally obliged to do so.

Via our website www.tricorp.com/nl we will collect and process certain personal data from you.

Newsletter

If you want to stay informed of the latest news from Tricorp, you can subscribe to our newsletter. As an existing customer you will automatically receive our newsletter. Through these mailings we keep you informed of the latest product developments, new products and other developments within Tricorp. In order to send this newsletter, we need your email address. We also ask for your first and last name so that we can address you personally in the newsletter. You will receive an update from us by email a maximum of 12 times a year. At the bottom of each newsletter you will be offered the option to unsubscribe from these emails. We will process your cancellation as quickly as possible.  

Catalog

To present our renewed and extensive collection to our dealers and customers, we offer a catalog of our complete clothing collection. To request this catalogue, you must leave an email address. You will receive the catalog at this email address. You can also provide your first and last name, company name and telephone number. Based on this information, we can contact you by telephone to determine whether you are interested in certain Tricorp products or services.  

Quotations

You can view which products we have in our range via our website. It is also possible to request a quote for these products. In the quote request we also ask you for your preferred supplier. It is possible to provide your location, city or zip code to make it easier to search for a suitable dealer. This is not mandatory: you can also search by the name of the desired supplier.

During this application you can log in to your existing account, or create a new account by registering. You can also submit the quote request without an account.

Private customer

In order to send you a quote, we ask you, as a private individual, for your first name, last name and email address. We provide this information to our dealer(s) so that they can make a suitable quotation. You must also provide your address details (and possibly a different delivery address). Based on this address information, we check whether future delivery can actually take place and, among other things, we can prevent fraudulent quotation requests. It is also possible to provide your telephone number. This telephone number can be used by our dealer to contact you regarding your quotation.

Business customer

As a business (potential) customer, we ask for your company name, VAT number and Chamber of Commerce number. We also ask you for your first name, last name, email address and address details (and possibly a different delivery address). This information will be stated on our invoices and will be used to deliver the products you ordered.

Account

Once you have placed an order, you can enter your email address (as username) via our website to activate your account. You will then receive an email with which you can enter a new password. Your customer information and information about your previous orders are stored in this account.  

Live chat

You can easily and quickly chat with one of our support agents via our Live Chat. Our Live Chat automatically collects your IP address to prevent abuse and fraud via this Live Chat.

Contact form

If you have a question, comment or feedback on our collection, you can complete our contact form. In order to properly handle your contact request and/or question, we ask for your first and last name and your email address. You can also choose to indicate on behalf of which company you are completing this form, for example if you believe this is important for your contact request and/or question.

II. Customers

If you want to place an order for one or more of our products, we need your name, address details, telephone number and e-mail address in order to be able to deliver these products to you. We will send you a confirmation of your order by e-mail. We use your contact details to inform you about your order or any questions or problems with its delivery. For more information about requesting a quote, you can find it under the heading 'Quotes'.

If you have your own account on our website, we also process data relating to your previous purchases, such as your purchase history.

III. Suppliers & dealers

We also process certain personal data of our contact persons at our suppliers and our dealers. This concerns the first and last names, email addresses and telephone numbers of our contact persons at these suppliers and dealers. This data is necessary for the execution of agreements and to communicate quickly.  

IV. Applicants

Our website contains an up-to-date overview of all our vacancies. Have you missed the mark and there is currently no vacancy available, but are you convinced that you can add something to Tricorp? Take your chance and submit an open application. You can apply by sending your motivation letter and CV (possibly including name, gender, date of birth, address details and telephone number) by e-mail. Based on this information we will assess whether you are suitable for the position in question. It is also necessary for us to know which training, courses and internships you have completed, and what the nature and content of your previous (or current) job is.  

We will not share the information you provide with other parties during our selection process. Once the selection process has been completed, we will delete your personal data no later than four weeks after the end of the application procedure. We may also like to keep your CV in our system to keep you informed of any relevant vacancies for you. We will always ask your permission for this. In that case, we will store your personal data for a maximum of 1 year.

Your rights

To maintain control over your personal data, you have the right to request us to inspect and correct or delete your personal data. You also have the right to limit or object to our processing of your personal data. You can also request us to transfer your personal data to you.

If processing is based on your consent, you always have the right to withdraw this consent. We will then stop processing based solely on your consent from that moment on.  

So you have the right to:

• to obtain information about whether or not your personal data is being processed and, if that is the case, to obtain access to this personal data and other information about it;
• to obtain correction of incorrect personal data or completion of incomplete personal data;
• to have your personal data deleted, if the data is no longer necessary, you withdraw your consent and there is no other legal basis for the processing, you have rightfully objected to the processing, and/or if your personal data has been processed unlawfully;
• limit processing if it is not certain whether your personal data is correct, your personal data has been processed unlawfully, your personal data is no longer necessary for us but you need it for a legal claim, and/or if you have objected to the processing and this objection is still being assessed;

You will receive a response to this request within one month of receiving your request. This period can be extended by two months, depending on the number of requests and their complexity. You will also be informed about this extension within one month. If you do not agree with the content of this response or the rejection of your request, you always have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority and appeal to the court. 

Third parties

In certain cases we will have to provide your personal data to other parties, for example if this is necessary for the execution of an agreement, we are legally obliged to do so, we have your permission to do so or if we have a legitimate interest in doing so. For example, we share certain data with our advertising agencies and online marketing agencies to improve the effectiveness and quality of our website and services and to optimize communication with our customers. In addition, we may share your data with our dealers in order to fulfill your order. It may also happen that we will collaborate with other parties in the context of a (win) promotion and have to provide data for this, about which you will be informed via a separate privacy statement.

Some third parties act as processors of Tricorp, because they only process your data based on our instructions. We have concluded a processing agreement with such parties, which also guarantees the security of your data.  

It is possible that the companies with whom we share personal data are located outside the European Union. In that case, we ensure that an adequacy decision from the European Commission applies to this third country or, if this is not the case, that we take appropriate safeguards ourselves to protect your personal data by making contractual agreements on data protection.
