At Tricorp we believe it is important to be as transparent as possible; where do our products come from, how are they made and how do we deal with social responsibility?
Chain insight via retraced
At Tricorp we believe that real impact starts with knowing where your products come from. That's why we work together with Retraced. A platform that makes supply chains visible, from raw material to end product.
This collaboration is an important step towards more openness, responsibility and sustainability. Because work clothing that makes a difference starts with a well-established supply chain. This gives us more insight into the social and environmental conditions of our products.
REDEFINED collection as an example of transparency
We strive to ultimately provide insight into the entire production chain of all our items. We start this with our new collection Redefined. When the chain of a product is transparent, you will see this at the bottom of the product detail page.
Social responsibility in the chain
Amfori BSCI Audits and monitoring
Tricorp has been a member of Amfori since 2019. The majority of our suppliers are affiliated with Amfori BSCI, with the aim of every supplier achieving at least a BSCI B score. For Tricorp, BSCI is an important tool to monitor and continuously improve social working conditions within our chain. The BSCI Code of Conduct fits seamlessly with our own code of conduct and is based on international treaties. Central themes such as fair wages, safe working conditions, the ban on child labor and equal treatment.
After each audit, we discuss the results with our suppliers and work together on improvements. Through the Amfori platform we also encourage suppliers to follow training on social and environmental themes.
Sustainability within our organization
We believe that success starts with a strong, healthy and motivated organization. That is why we invest not only in a pleasant workplace, but especially in our people. There are plenty of opportunities to grow, develop yourself and get the best out of yourself.
Every working day a fresh lunch is served by our own chefs, and if you want, you can do boxing or pilates with a personal trainer in our Tricorp Gym.
